HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

From the menu options, you can select a category and view our range of products and designs. Once you have filled in any custom details, add your item to the cart and proceed through checkout.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We offer Worldwide Shipping. Enter your address on checkout for competitive global rates.

DO I GET A DESIGN PROOF?

Yes! All custom and semi-custom orders include a free design proof with one round of revisions at no extra cost.

CAN YOU MATCH BIKE COLORS?

Yes! Because we use a Pantone Color printer, we're able to match bright bike colors much better than older or traditional digital printers.

CAN I CHANGE A DESIGN SHOWN ON YOUR SITE?

Of course! You can list any Logo, Design, Color changes and alterations in the Logos and More Info boxes. Unless you are a sponsored time and have written permission, we cannot print most energy drink company logos. (Example, Red Bull or Monster Energy).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS?

If you need to cancel your order, email orders@n-style.com before your order has been designed and we will cancel your order and refund you in full. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been designed, there is a $25 fee to cover the time spent on your design before it was cancelled.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER GRAPHICS AND A SEAT COVER?

When hard parts are purchased with custom graphics, we order your parts at the time of order (seat covers, stands etc) so that they can be shipped at the same time as your graphics.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes...you can...BUT...please understand with the amount of information needed for custom products, we can limit any potential mistakes by having a reference email with all of your order details. The easiest and quickest way to order is through our website, email at orders@n-style.com or use the chat widget on the N-Style website.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Normally an email proof is sent within 3-5 working days of order. Printing and shipping takes 1-3 days from artwork approval. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipment has been created. You can always email us for status updates at orders@n-style.com if it has been longer than the listed turn around times.

PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

For any product that comes to you with defects please follow the return/exchange information above. The area of damage or defect must be clearly stated to N-Style so that we can process a warranty exchange for your item. Once a Custom, Semi Custom, MX Background, or Rider ID DeCal is applied to an object...there is absolutely NO warranty offered.
